Refund and Exchange Policy
• No Full Cash Refunds: MG GOLD does not issue full cash refunds for any purchase. This policy applies even in the event of a discrepancy between the product and the description provided to the customer at the time of sale.
• Store Error – Product Discrepancy: If a product differs from the description provided at the time of sale or from what was offered to the customer, the customer may choose one of the following resolutions:
1. Partial Cash Refund: Receive a cash refund equal to the price of the difference in value, calculated using the original purchase price per gram.
2. Exchange for Equivalent Value: Exchange the product for another item of the same value as originally agreed upon or paid for.

Layaway Policy
• If a layaway purchase is canceled by the customer, MG GOLD will refund 60% of the total amount paid toward the layaway.
• The remaining 40% of the paid amount is non-refundable and will be retained by the store.

Claim Period and Requirements
• All claims or requests related to refunds or exchanges must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
• The original sales receipt and the product in question must be presented to the store for evaluation of any claim.
